Personal Information

Cathleen was born on September 19, 1980, in Orlando, Florida where she still resides today.  She attended The University of Central Florida, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor degree in psychology.  Photography became a hobby with Cathleen when she learned to use a digital camera.  This hobby quickly became an obsession as she began experimenting with the digital editing of her photographs, such as placing herself in various movies and with celebrities.  Skills increased naturally, and Cathleen has never had any formal instruction in photography or computer editing.  Seeing as how she had no other models, Cathleen began using the timer on the camera and posing herself. For a more in-depth look at how she accomplishes her final photographs, follow this link.  She has since gained experience and recruited several others to pose for her, and now runs a small business of photography and editing.

As well as photography and digital editing, Cathleen is also interested in drawing, singing, writing, and web page design. She has won various writing contests throughout her life, and has a poem published in The Rainbow's End, a book by the National Library of Poetry.  This poem received an honorable mention and can be viewed by clicking here.

Acting is another passion Cathleen enjoys, yet rarely has the opportunity in which to engage.  This ability can be seen now in the various 'characters' she portrays throughout her photographs.  In May of 2002 Cathleen was hired at Universal Studios Florida as a 'Skipper' at the Jaws attraction.  She has since moved on to the more technical side of entertaining, accepting a job as a tech V, working at Nickelodeon Game Lab and The Barney Show.     In high school she was a proud member of thespian troupe 4937.
